I have been in private practice in Bridge Street and now in MacCurtain Street, Cork, since September, 2005. I practice as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. This form of counselling is most effective when used to assist clients to develop their own personal awareness of themselves and look within to find their own answers. I have worked with a range of client issues including depression, bereavement, sexual abuse, stress, anger management, self esteem, relationship issues, alcohol addiction issues, panic attacks , eating disorder issues and gay and lesbian issues. I also do brief solution focused counselling which focuses on resolving problems in day to day living (eg parenting concerns /work issues etc). I also do some work for the Lets Get Together Foundation who support family members who have been bereaved by Suicide.
 


Please note: this is not an Online Counselling Service but since Covid 19, we offer remote sessions using video conference tools.
